ERGI is an Andorran property advisory firm. We work with a limited number of clients, properties and partners because it is the only way to maintain judgement, follow-through and confidentiality.
How we work
We began with a simple observation: in Andorra, the properties that matter are not always advertised. And the ones that are advertised do not always fit.
So we do not compete on volume. We take the mandates we can defend and decline the rest. Each client has one advisor, from the first coffee to the notary.
The technical standard is non-negotiable: we review the available information for each asset —conditions, costs, tax position and complementary documentation where applicable— before anything is presented.

ERGI is a member of AGIA, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Managers of Andorra. For you, that means three concrete things.
Registered activity
We operate with administrative authorisation and registered real estate activity in the Principality.
Code of conduct
It requires accurate information, transparent fees and confidential handling of client data.
Continuous training
Ongoing updates on planning rules, property taxation and the Andorran residency regime.
