Only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), type of interest and the message with your enquiry.

We also record the language and the page you wrote from, so we can reply in your language and understand the context of your enquiry.

We process the data to answer your enquiry, provide real estate advice and maintain the professional relationship.

The legal basis is your express consent when submitting the form and, once a professional relationship begins, the performance of that relationship.

We keep the data while your enquiry remains active and afterwards for as long as applicable legal obligations require. Once no longer necessary, it is deleted.

We never sell or trade personal data. It is only shared when strictly necessary for your transaction (for example a notary or tax advisor), always with your knowledge, or where a legal obligation requires it.

Data is hosted with technology providers acting as processors under confidentiality and security obligations.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: access restricted to authorised staff, authentication for internal users and encrypted communications.
